It has been more than a week, no one has got back.

Never received merchandise and no response from “email contact”.

I ordered two leisure pants and tops. I received an email confirming the order and tracking number, but I never received the merchandise after a month and a half.
I followed the tracking number, which turned out to be invalid. I wrote to the email address on the site twice and didn't receive a response. This is a sham!
Don't order from them. If I could have given the site zero stars, I would have.

- - Ordered Nov 17 with $18 expedited shipping; promised by Nov 23.
- - Arrived Nov 26 via USPS Ground Advantage; refund pending 7–10 days; no return label.
I ordered batteries from my store on Nov 17. I needed them by November 23, so I paid over $18 in expedited shipping charges per the Amazon listing in order to receive the batteries on time.
Two days later, I received an email from my store saying the batteries would arrive November 26! I asked for a refund. I received the batteries today, nine days after the order. They mailed them using USPS Ground Advantage, which is budget shipping, not expedited shipping.
Now they (and Amazon) want me to wait a week to 10 days before they make a decision on whether I am due a refund. Also, no one will send me a return shipping label to return these batteries. When I asked the store why I didn't get my order when promised, they replied, 'We mailed your package.
But the holidays. Rush.' Funny how I received all the other items from other stores on time.

One item Mala Lime Cordial was received by me but other bottle of shree ji Rose syrup was missing in the packet.I have tried to raise a ticket but unable to do so.As such I have send a mail with required photographs to company.
